What you’ll do

  • Power on your device
  • Connect to Wi-Fi using the name and password on the label
  • Check you can browse online

Step-by-step

  1. Power it on. Plug the device into power and switch it on. Wait 2–3 minutes for it to fully start.
  2. Find the Wi-Fi details. Look for the Wi-Fi name and password on the device label (usually underneath or inside the battery cover for portable devices).
  3. Connect your phone/laptop. On your device, open Wi-Fi, select the matching network name, enter the password, and connect.
  4. Test the internet. Open a website. If it loads, you’re online.

If it doesn’t connect

  • Move the device closer to a window (signal improves a lot).
  • Restart the device: power off → wait 10 seconds → power on.
  • Try another phone/laptop to confirm it’s not a device issue.
