Policy: Returns and Cancellation
Overview
NextDayBroadband operates with no long-term contracts, so you're free to cancel your service at any time.
To cancel, simply log in to your account and submit a request to end your subscription. There's no need to call or go through multiple departments.
Once you've requested cancellation, you'll need to return your router. You'll receive a link to a quick returns form (which takes about a minute to complete). After that, you can drop your router off at one of over 16,000 locations nationwide, including many Royal Mail branches.
Important return details
- Your cancellation will be processed from the date your router is scanned at the drop-off point.
- To avoid any additional charges, please make sure your router is returned a few days before your next billing date, allowing time for the scan to be processed.
- The router remains the property of NextDayBroadband and must be returned. If it is not returned on time, additional charges may apply.
If you need any help at any stage, our support team is here and happy to assist.
