Fast fixes (do these first)
- Restart everything. Turn the device off, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on. Restart your phone/laptop too.
- Check you’re on the right Wi-Fi. Make sure you’re connected to your device Wi-Fi (not a neighbour’s network).
- Try another website/app. Sometimes one site is down — test 2–3 sites.
Signal & placement
- Move the device closer to a window.
- Keep it away from thick walls and large metal objects.
- If it’s portable, try another room to see if signal improves.
SIM check
- Power off the device.
- Remove and reinsert the SIM (see “Install / remove your SIM”).
- Power on and wait 2–3 minutes.
If it still doesn’t work
- Try connecting via a different method (Wi-Fi vs cable if your device supports it).
- Search this Help Centre for “reset” if you want to do a full reset as a last resort.
