Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you buy and use Next Day Broadband.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you purchase, subscribe to, or use any products and services provided under the Next Day Broadband (NDB) brand. By ordering from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use the services.
2. The service
We provide mobile broadband products and related services. Where applicable, connectivity relies on third-party mobile network operators and their coverage, capacity, and technical performance.
We do not own or control mobile network infrastructure. Service speed, reliability, and availability can vary by location, building type, device placement, network congestion, maintenance, and other factors.
3. Orders, payment & subscriptions
- Payments: payments are processed via trusted payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
- Monthly billing: where you purchase a monthly product/service, you authorise us to take recurring payments at the agreed price and frequency.
- Pricing: prices are shown at checkout. Any promotional pricing, where offered, applies only as described at the time.
4. Delivery
- We aim to dispatch quickly and may offer next-day delivery where available; however, delivery times are not guaranteed.
- You must provide a complete and accurate UK delivery address and ensure someone can receive the parcel.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or no access/no answer, re-delivery or return costs may apply.
5. Acceptable use (summary)
You must use our products and services lawfully and responsibly. Our full Acceptable Use Policy applies (see the dedicated page), but key points include:
- Do not use the service for illegal activity or to access/distribute unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to interfere with networks, systems, or other users (e.g., malware, hacking, denial-of-service).
- Do not misuse the service in ways that cause excessive strain on networks or breach third-party provider policies.
- We may suspend or restrict service where misuse is suspected or confirmed.
6. Returns, refunds & cancellations (summary)
Our Returns & Cancellation Policy applies (see the dedicated page). In summary:
- 14-day moneyback: where advertised, you may be eligible to return/cancel within 14 days subject to the policy terms.
- Returns process: follow the instructions provided by support. Items must be returned in appropriate condition.
- Refund timing: refunds are processed after inspection/validation and may exclude delivery/fees where applicable.
- Cancellation: you can cancel monthly services in line with the cancellation rules in the Returns & Cancellation Policy.
7. Service limits & liability
- We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or compatibility with every device/environment.
- We are not responsible for network issues outside our control (including third-party network faults/outages/maintenance).
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, loss of business, loss of data).
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
8. Complaints & dispute resolution
If you’re unhappy, please email us at admin@nextdaybroadband.co.uk with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and work towards a fair resolution.
If a matter cannot be resolved internally, you may have the option to seek independent dispute resolution where applicable.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page and will apply from the date it is posted.
